  2. We will clarify if needed.<\/strong>If we are unsure about identity or authorization, we will request the necessary documentation in an appropriate way.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. You will receive a response.<\/strong>We respond without undue delay, usually within one month at the latest. If the matter requires more time, we will explain why.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \nWhat does deletion involve?<\/summary>\n

    The right to deletion has exceptions, including when information must be retained for legally required records or legal claims. We will explain if anything must be retained.<\/p>\n

    When information has been processed in an assignment for a customer, we assist the customer with the request. Please indicate which customer or delivery the matter concerns. We distinguish an objection to a particular customer\u2019s use from processing for which Markedsdata itself is responsible. Changes to a public source register must also be reported to the responsible register authority. Receiving a request does not mean the information has already been deleted.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n
