Some selections require manual review. A company estimate is not the number of phone numbers, email addresses, or leads interested in buying.

What does a data extract include?

A data extract can be simple or more extensive. This overview shows the field types clarified before production.

Organization number, company name, legal form, industry, mailing address, and visiting address.
Contact and financials
Available phone, email, and website, as well as employees and agreed financial statements.
Documentation and import
Field names, format, relevant years, and agreed source and check details. CRM tailoring is clarified separately.

How do I order a data extract?

Define your audience in the builder and go to the summary. Describe the intended use and requested data, then submit an inquiry when you are ready. We will clarify coverage, contents, delivery, and price before any order.

What affects the price?

The size of the selection, requested data fields, contact roles, level of checks, and any manual qualification. A company estimate is not a price quote. You will receive a specific quote for the agreed scope.

How is the list delivered?

Usually as Excel or CSV in an agreed field setup. Delivery method, timing, and any download deadline are agreed in advance. The format can be tailored for CRM import; automatic integration requires a separate discussion.

Do I have to pay a fixed subscription?

A defined data extract can be ordered as a one-time delivery. Repeat extracts or updates are agreed separately.

How long can I use the information?

Usage rights and any restrictions are agreed for each delivery. Information may change after production, so consider whether a new check or update is needed before using it later.

Need new prospects regularly?

We are developing a platform for ongoing audience work. One-time extracts can still be ordered without an account or subscription.
