Trial, additional users, and agreement
The three consecutive trial days begin when card registration and activation are confirmed. You choose monthly or annual billing and the number of paid user seats after the trial. Two trial users do not automatically mean two paid seats. Before you confirm, the first full charge and billing date are shown; annual billing charges the full year in advance. Cancel under Subscription before the first charge to stop payment, with access for the rest of the trial. Available trials are shown after login. Modules, contact research, and new file extracts are not included free in the trial.
Choose annual payment in advance or ongoing monthly billing with no annual commitment. First user: NOK 35,400/year or NOK 3,950/month. Each additional user: NOK 17,880/year or NOK 1,990/month. All prices excl. VAT. The annual price represents savings of approximately 25% on users compared with twelve monthly payments.

Business storage is included at no charge per saved business. The same business can appear in multiple lists. Technical limits for large storage jobs are separate from file extracts; each new file extract can include up to 5,000 businesses. Up to 25 user seats are priced separately.
The administrator can stop the next renewal under My Account → Subscription. Paid access remains active through the period. Changes showing price, VAT, and effective date are displayed before confirmation. Existing agreements retain their agreed price. After a subscription expires, you can read, export, and clean up your own data; new premium actions require active access.

Modules are priced per workspace, not per user. Multiple modules are added together with no automatic bundle discount; all four cost NOK 7,000/month excl. VAT as a module add-on.
Building sources in the first version: Oslo/PBE, Bærum, Asker, and Drammen, with varying document and party coverage. Contracts cover available published awards, not all Norwegian procurements. Check current coverage and source date before activation.

Coverage and module agreement
Modules are billed monthly with no annual commitment, even when the base subscription is paid annually. They are not automatically included in the base subscription or three-day trial. Before confirming the order, the administrator sees the selected modules, total price, first payment, VAT, and renewal. Access opens after payment is confirmed.
Removal or cancellation takes effect at the next module renewal, with access through the paid period. Contact research is ordered separately. Each module specifies its sources’ update schedule, history, and coverage limitations. A source documents the event; possible need and relevance are hypotheses that must be assessed.
Public grants and Property Events are planned add-ons. They cannot be ordered now and are not among the four active modules.

What the checks mean
Research is paid for as an agreed investigation, not per person or channel guaranteed to be delivered. The result is provided when the assignment is complete. A source-supported finding may have unresolved technical status; this is marked. A technical check alone does not confirm the person’s identity or position.
We make new inquiries on your instructions and do not reuse contact findings between customers. You are the controller; assistance with sending does not change the duty to provide information, deadlines, or individuals’ rights. This does not constitute consent to marketing.
