Explore documented relationships between companies in Norway and foreign parent companies or registered head offices.
What is included?
The overview shows qualified, publishable Norwegian entities with a valid, documented foreign connection and known country of registration. There is no revenue threshold. A missing address point does not exclude a documented connection from the count or list. Source and publishing requirements still apply; this is not a complete ownership map of Norwegian businesses.
What do the lines mean?
For NUFs, the connection to the registered head office is shown. A group relationship may show the first documented foreign company higher in the chain. This initial view uses registered group and head-office relationships. Shareholder relationships dated by financial year are not included.
When only the country is known, the connection is drawn from the capital or administrative center. This is an approximate point, not the head office address. A verified Norwegian address does not establish where the entire business operates. Entities without a verified Norwegian address point are shown at a clearly labeled approximate Oslo grouping point. It indicates Norwegian registration, not physical presence or a shared address. Overview lines to Norway group multiple companies; select a country or company to see which location is documented.
The lines are visual company relationships, not geographic travel routes. The gentle movement highlights the connections. It does not show trade, money transfers, or real-time activity.
Map and sources
Company relationships are based on Markedsdata's documented register data. The source and date are shown for each relationship. Verified Norwegian address points are based on exact matching against Kartverket address data. Entities without such a point are still included in the country overview and list.
